The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially the lovely lady at the breakfast area. the beds were so comfy, and our room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and coffee machine. the complimentary hot breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of options that even catered to my dairy allergy. the hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus for us, as we could enjoy the spacious grassy area with our furry companion. the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience for our family getaway.
